Assignment Title: Staff for Project Management Unit
The Department of Health Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the Multi Donor Trust Fund for KP: FATA and Baluchistan administered by the World Bank toward the cost of the P126426: Revitalizing Health Services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting sen/ices. The Department of Health Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now invites eligible Individuals “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the services Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are mentioned against each post The marts will be 50% for qualifications, 30% for management experience, and 20% for Interviews. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers June 2011 ( “Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest Consultants will be selected in accordance with the V. Selection of Individual Consultants page 36 comparing at least three CVs method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.

1 DEPUTY PROJECT COORDINATOR 1 MPH/MBA or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience of Health Sector Programme 1 Project Management, preferably in donor funded projects expenence. Sound knowiedge of Project Planning. Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Health Programs/Projects. Experience of training and capacity building is highly desired.
2 MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER 2 Master’s in Public Health, statistics or Social Sciences At least five (5) years expenence of monitoring and evaluating programs preferably health good computer skills including Microsoft word Excel and Access In addition knowledge of SPSS and Epinfo sof’.ware( computer data analysis) technique is an added advantage Report writing and presentation skills
3 FINANCE ASSISTANT 1 MBA. M.com, ACCA, CA (Finalist) with 3-5 years of experience in donor funded project. Good understanding of government financial regulations and rules
4 OFFICE ASSISTANT 1 BA’B.Sc or equivalent from HEC recognized University with at least two years demonstrable experience as office assistant. •
5 PROGRAM ASSISTANT 1 BA/B Sc or equivalent from HEC recognized University with at least two years demonstrable experience as program assistant preferably in health sector. ■
6 IT ASSISTANT 1 B.Sc in Computer Science / BCS / equivalent from HEC recognized University with at least two years demonstrable experience as computer operator/IT assistant Proficient to work with Linux as well as Windows environment
7 RECORD KEEPER 1 Education: Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience of office record keeping and maintenance. •
8 DRIVER Driving License. Valid LTV license with five years’ experience of driving Education: Priority will be given to matriculate 25-40
