Job Opportunities For Disabled:
Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous organization, established under the auspices of the Government of the Punjab. The Foundation seeks suitable candidates against quota of disabled persons for the following positions:-

1. Deputy Director (Programs):
Qualification / Experience: Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business & Management Sciences or Social Science discipline from HEC recognized University. Must have at least 6 years experience in a reputed organization, preferably in education related organization. Must have good communication and reporting skills. Must be proficient in MS Suite.

2. Assistant Director (Programs):
Qualification / Experience: Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business & Management Sciences or Social Science discipline from HEC recognized University. Must have at least 3 years experience in a reputed organization, preferably in education related organization. Must have good communication and reporting skills. Must be proficient in MS Suite.

3. Officer:
Qualification / Experience: Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business & Management sciences or Social Science discipline from HEC recognized University. Fresh Must have good communication skills. The candidate must be computer literate with expertise in MS Suite.

4. Executive Assistant:
Qualification / Experience: 2 years graduation from HEC recognized university. Fresh, preferably Computer Literate

5. Subject Specialist (Phy / Chem / Bio / Maths / Eng):
Qualification / Experience: Relevant Masters or Bachelors (4 years) from HEC recognized University. Fresh Must possess excellent, communication, dissemination and pedagogical skills.

6. Office Assistant:
Qualification / Experience: Matric. Must have experience in office affairs handling

The above mentioned posts are reserved for 3% disabled quota. Only those disabled persons shall be eligible to be considered for the jobs reserved for disabled persons who have been declared by the Assessment Board to be disabled but fit for the job applied for. The disabled candidates who intend to apply should attach assessment certificate with their applications. Upper age relaxation up to 10 years is admissible to disabled persons as per rule 3 (vi) of the Punjab Civil Servants Recruitment (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1976.

The appointment will be on contract basis, extendable on the basis of performance. The post carries competitive market based remuneration packages including salary and other benefits. However, in case of government servant salary will be fixed as per prevalent government policy.
