Applications are Invited to fill the following positions at its Head Office.

1- Chief Executive Officer:
Qualification: Post-Graduation in Health Policy Planning or Administrative Sciences from HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to additional qualification<s) In the field of Health Administration, Management, Finance, Heath Insurance etc. Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of National and International Conference(s) and seminars in the relevant field would be given preference.
Experience: Must have at least 15 years of experience in General Administration/ Operation Management at senior level in well-established and well-known private/public organization, preferably in the Heath Sector. Relevant experience in the organization engaged In public service delivery will be an added advantage.
Salary: Market competitive remuneration will be paid.
Age Limit: Not more than 60 on the last date of receipt of the application.

2- Company Secretary:
Qualification / Experience: LLB/LLM in Law from HEC recognized institute. 5 years of experience of dealing with corporate affairs, legal matters and secretarial practices. Preference will be given to member of a recognized body of corporate secretaries;
Salary: Market competitive remuneration will be paid.
Age Limit: Not more than SO years on the last date of receipt of the application.

3- Chief Financial Officer:
Qualification / Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Must have at least 10 years of relevant experienced the Public/Private Sector. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants for atleast five years; Experience in working with Public Sector Companies having assets worth five billion rupees or more will be an added advantage.
Salary: Market competitive remuneration will be paid.
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

4- Chief Operating Officer / Director H.R. and Administration:
Qualification / Experience: Post-Graduation in Health Policy Planning or Administrative Sciences from HEC recognized institute. Preference will given to additional qualification(s) in the field of Health | Administration, Management, Finance, Health Insurance etc. Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of I National and International Conference(s) and seminars in | the relevant field would be given preference. Must have at least 10 years of experience in General Administration/Operation/Management at senior level in well-established and well-known private/public organizations, preferably in the Health Sector. Relevant experience in the organization engaged In public service delivery will be an added advantage.

5- Director Enrollment:
Qualification: Masters of Business and Administration or M.A. /M.Sc Economics or Masters degree in Finance from the HEC | recognized institute. Preference will be given to those who will have additional qualification(s) in IT. At least 10 years of experience In Public Policy Management/Public Hearth. Preference wilt be given to those who will have experience of working with Public Sector database Management.

6- Director Empanelment:
Qualification: MB8S with post-graduate qualification in Health Management Sciences from the recognized Institute. At least 10 years of experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to those who will have working experience with an organization engaged In standardization of Health delivery Services.
Salary: Market competitive remuneration will be paid.
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

7- Director Health Insurance:
Qualification: Masters in Health Policy Planning/ MBA/ M.Sc. in Health Administration / Masters in Public Policy and Governance from HEC recognized institute.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to Individuals having working experience with Health Insurance Companies. Knowledge of or hands on experience on I CD coding will be considered an added advantage.

8- Director IT / MIS:
Qualification / Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering from HEC recognized institute. Post graduate qualification in any of the above will be desirable. At least ten years (eight years in case the candidate holds a Masters degree) of experience In managing and integrating information technology functions, including the design and programming of applications, databases, and operating systems in a rapidly changing setting. Preference will be given to those individuals who will have the experience of implementing IT solutions In the public sector.
Salary: Market competitive remuneration will be paid
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

9- Director Communication:
Qualification: Masters In Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies from the HEC recognized. Preference will be given mentioned qualification. Must have at least 8 ye Organizations as PRO Department.
Salary: Market competitive remuneration
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years on the last date of receipt of the application.
