PORJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT OF PUNJAB POLICE INTEGRTAED COMMAND.
CONTROL & COMMUNICATION (PPIC3) CENTRE PROJECT.
OURBAN LINES, LAHORE  The Projcct Management Unit of Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control & Communication Centre, Lahore, is seeking interested candidates for the following contract based positions:

1    Joint Director (Planning & Procurement)    1    o Sixteen (16) years of education in Social Sciences,  Finance & Accounts or Management Sciences. t=> At least 15 years of administration, project management and procurement experience. Well versed with Public Sector financial management/administration rules and regulations.    35-60
2    Database Administrator        «=i> Master degree in Operational Research, Computer  Science or Software/Computer Engineering. <> Minimum of 5 year experience in database  administration. ^ Good problem solving, analytical, administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.    25-40
3    Programme &  Research  Officer    6    Master’s (or a well-qualified Bachelor’s) degree in business administration (MBA), economics, public policy, or a related discipline (including a specialization in ICT for development). 2-3 years of relevant experience in research/programme management is desirable. Previous fieldwork experience is desirable.  «=> Able to communicate with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors.    20-40
4    Private Secretary    2    ^ Minimum of sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law or any other related disciplines from a well reputed university/institution.  2-3 years of work experience in the Public Sector is desirable.  Well versed with the Public Sector management/administration Rules & Regulations and the allied procedures. «=> Good communication and interpersonal skills.    25-50
5    Computer Operator    3    o Associate’s degree/diploma in computer related discipline from a well reputed institution. 2-3 years of work experience as a computer operator or related data center experience is desirable.  <=> Knowledge of Data Processing and computer operating systems and software for error handling and recovery operating computer, ct> Well versed with the operating and monitoring multiple computer systems and peripheral devices concurrently.  Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.    20-50
6    Associate/HR    1    «=C> Minimum of sixteen years of education in human resources management, organizational development, social sciences or a related field of study from a well reputed university / institution. 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field is desirable.  ^ Able to effectively communicate with individuals at all professional levels.  ^ Well versed with the use of human resources information systems (HRIS).  «=> Good communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.    20-40
7    Associate /Procurement    1    ■=> Minimum of sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field from a well reputed university/institution.  2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field and knowledge of World Bank procurement is desirable.  Good analytical, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.    20-40
8    Assoc iate/Acco unts & Finance    1    «=> Minimum of sixteen years of education in finance, accounting or business disciplines from a well reputed university.  «=> 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field is desirable.  «=> Part qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA or some other recognized professional body.  «=> Well versed with developing budgets and financial reports.  «=> Good communication and interpersonal skills.    20-40
9    Data Entry Operator    4    Minimum of Bachelor’s / Associate Degree or equivalent from a well reputed university/institution.  2-3 years of related clerical or data entry experience is desirable. «=> Excellent Data Entry Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Keyboarding and learned in a variety of contexts is desirable. «=> Reading comprehension, verbal and written communication critical-thinking and active listening skills.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills.    20-40
