1. DEPUTY HEAD OPERATIONS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA        REQUIRED SKILLS I
Qualification: MBA/MA Eco./M.Com from a  recognized university. Experience: Minimum 08 years’ post qualification experience with at least 03 years in similar position in the bank/financial institution. Age Limit: 35-50 years Place of Posting: Head Office, Lahore. Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the qualification & experience of the candidate.        i.    Determine the long-term strategic objectives of the business. Ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.  ii.    Provide operational support to branch network regarding banking operations in terms of policies, procedures and IT support to undertake day to day banking in areas like cash management, account opening & management, remittance, collections, lockers and other banking operations.  iii.    Provide resource management to branch network, in coordination with business unit, in terms of adequacy of stationery, IT equipment, furniture & fixture, vehicles etc. and related insurance arrangements and monitoring. Ensure all procurements are in line with procurement policy.  iv.    Budgeting & Planning for the Consumer Banking Operations Unit including headcount and operating cost management and control
1. DEPUTY HEAD IT

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA        REQUIRED SKILLS
Qualification: MCS / MIT from a reputed university.  Experience: Minimum 08 years’ post  qualification experience with at least 03 years as Deputy Head/AVP IT in the bank1 financial institution.  Age Limit: 35-50 years  Place of Posting: Head Office, Lahore.  Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the qualification & experience of the candidate.        i.    Ensure implementation of IT department’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.  ii.    Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and Office Automation equipment.  iii.    Can cater Bank’s internal significant issues. State Bank queries and other Regulatory bodies.  iv.    Analyze MIS statement.  v.    Benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.  vi.    Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.  vii.    Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
